Q. Why meet the photographer?
 As a client you need to be sure that you are hiring the right photographer for your wedding and the only way to find out is to meet the photographer. I offer obligation free consultations to all my prospective clients, so that I can find out more about your wedding and understand your expectation. Just send me an email or call me, I can come to you or meet at a convenient location.

Q. Why a wedding planing session?
 A wedding planing session takes place after the booking closer to your wedding day. This is where we will discuss all the events in details including timing, arrival, locations, family photos etc. Where possible I would like to visit your wedding location. However, sometimes visiting location may not be possible but there is always google maps!

On this session we will plan the day, so that we are both on the same page and I have a very good understanding of your wedding.

Q. How does the booking process work?
First I will visit you for to chat about your wedding. This is an OBLIGATION FREE CONSULTATIONS.

You pay a deposit of $500 when you are ready to secure me as your wedding photographer. Clients must sign a contract at the time of booking. Bookings are not valid if a contract has not been signed by the clients.

The full payment is due two weeks before the wedding. Payment options are cash, direct deposit, credit and Paypal. A 2.5% surcharge excluding GST will apply for credit and Paypal payments.

If you are worried about another couple booking me before you for the date, I will let you know before taking the other booking.

Q. What happens to my deposit if I have to cancel?
 Deposits are non refundable.

Q. What if my wedding date changes after paying the deposit?
 I will simply change to your new date if I don’t have another wedding booking on the same day. However if I am already booked for the new date you will lose your deposit.

Q. How long until my wedding photos are ready?
A. This is usually a 1-2 month process. I am a professional photographer and like to make sure that my delivery to you is professional, well managed, organised and presentable. Above all I want every single clients to be happy with my services.

Q. What is a proof book?
 The proof book is an 7” x 7” soft cover, glossy paged book containing thumbnails of all your images from the wedding day. Each photo has an easy reference number to help you choose your favourite pictures. These books are very helpful as sometimes you can have over 2,000 photos from the wedding day.

Q. What happens to the master copies of the DVD?
 You will receive ONE DVD copy of all images. You own the rights to your photos and can share them, duplicate them and print them out at your convenience with no mean hidden costs.

I will keep a copy of the originals for a year. After that, we generally have a copy but we can’t guarantee it. Make sure you keep your own master copies in a safe place. Additional copies are available for $100.

Q. What is the process with the photos after the wedding day?
 Raz’s biggest part of job begins – he will immediately make two back-ups of the images, review them, and delete any unflattering ones that you wouldn’t want anyone to see. He’ll select some recommendations for books and prints and gives them a basic edit and colour correction. The photos are organised into a proof book or online gallery for your viewing.

You can take as long as you need to review all your photos. Once approval or changes have been made, the books or albums are designed, packaged, printed and delivered. If you just ordered a DVD you will receive it after your review.

Q. Can I extend the hours of photography on the wedding day?
. This may be possible depending on circumstances on the day. The rates will be – $300 per hour.

Q. Can I order my prints and albums after the wedding?
 Recently, I found that many of my clients chose to do this. It’s hard to tell what you want to do with your pictures until you see them. Take your time. This is absolutely fine by me. Printing price list are available on request.

Q. What if something goes wrong?
 This is a totally understandable question for any bride and groom as your wedding day is such a complicated and expensive day. Little things may cause a challenge on the day but don’t be worried – I always carries at least two cameras and a car full of high quality equipment. I immediately backs up your photos with multiple copies.

Hoever, if wedding photos has been lost or damaged you will get your money back including booking fee. Unfortunately, there are no insurance policy in place.


Privacy Policy:

Upon your signature (contract document), the “Photographer – Raz” will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other booking / reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. This may also apply if the date is changed or the wedding cancelled for any reason.

Booking FEE 
The booking deposit is to be paid at time of signing the contract and is applied towards the contracted wedding photography package. The “Client” understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the wedding photography package (plus any additional expenses) as described in the contract is due on two weeks prior to the wedding date.

In the event of cancellation, the booking fee paid shall be liquidated damages to the “Photographer” in the event of a breach of contract by the “Client”. The “Client” shall also be responsible for payment of any material charges incurred up to the time of cancellation. If a wedding is rescheduled for another date the Photographer cannot guarantee coverage.

The parties agree to a pre-event consultation before the event date in order to finalize the actual shooting times, locations. The “Client” agrees to complete (in writing) the “Clients Infromation” document supplied by the “Photographer” one – two weeks prior to the wedding.

If the situation arises that you do not like your wedding photos you can have your money back (but not the negatives). But don’t worry – the biggest problem our couples have is that they have too many beautiful photos to choose from!

Payment may be made by cash, EFT deposit, Credit card, Paypal. For Master card, Visa and Paypal payments, add a 2.5%  Surcharge Excluding GST.

In the unlikely event that the “Photographer” is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event it may be necessary to retain an alternative photographer. The “Photographer” will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer able and/or willing to provide a similar package as chosen in this contract at the same/similar tariff. If this situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. The “Client” agrees that a re-shoot is not possible nor is it possible to re- enact the wedding for the purposes of a re-shoot. The “Photographer” takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond the “Photographer’s” control, the “Photographer’s” liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals. The return of monies paid under these circumstances may be made as instalments when the photographer is unable to repay the entire amount as a lump sum.

Although every possible care will be taken to produce photographs of all important and special events during the wedding, The “Photographer” cannot place an unconditional guarantee on the above. The “Photographer” will not be held responsible for any ruined photographs due to guests’ (or any other) flashes; or any other ruined photographs due to any other cause in or outside of the “Photographer’s” control.
